I was thinking about running a fleet of, on through - four seat bus cars to pick up extra passengers through pocket durations of delays or extra over loads' a time set for them to run between main buses.
They will not be allowed to act like the taxi service, they will only be allowed to stop at legalised bus stops', taking all bus passengers' that hold and or are paying costumers'.
For the exchange of a through road without a bus service, to be replace by a small private sector of planners for something that can managed by our own community, that are investing in giants and their environmental inheritances'.
