After School

Saturday Chef

Every Saturday,  me and my sister learn how to cook.

I remember our very first cookery session.

We baked our first, double rounded jam, chocolate bake.

Ingredients and apparatus :

Apparatus :

1. A ceramic cookery bowl

2. A wooden spoon

3. A measuring jug or a normal sized coffee cup

4. Two round cookery tins

5. Normal sized silver spoon

6 . A sharp edged measuring by slices knife

Extras

7. A apron tied

8. Hair pins to keep hair out of the food.

Ingredients :

1. Self raising flour

2. Caster sugar

3. Two free ranged eggs

4. Soft butter

5. Milk

6. Cocoa essence or extracts
