Shopping
After School
Every Friday we go shopping.
Sometimes mum takes us shopping and sometimes dad takes us shopping.
They share turns, sometimes mum has to work, and sometimes dad has to work, but neither the less, every Friday we take a trip out to our local shopping centre.
The Shopping Centre
At the shopping centre there are huge shelves stacked up high with many different kinds of food.
Mum told me, all of the food in the market comes from many different places from all over the world, and some foods are just from here.
Mum told me that's because there are many different people, from all over the world, who live here, and these items have been sent here for their own home traditional cooking.
I like shopping with dad the best, he lets me put lots of different snacks into the trolley, all my favourite items'.
Mum is more serious, she told me that she doesn't like dad taking us shopping too much, because he doesn't think about our health too much.
Mum likes to keep the whole family on a very special food programme, and picks lots of healthy meal choices', when she takes us shopping.
