The solution

The houses' that are effected by climate change, from the approaching sea. A simple solution for the poor man.

A poor man that lives' on the edge of the sea, can dig a hole to begin, at the corner of his home. Propping it up by new bricks', then after this, they can dig the sand from the other side, relaying the same amount of bricks' , then when a balance is set, the home owner can reset the balance in the middle, by digging the same from this area. Slowly, slowly, digging back into the sand, until the balance of the house is sound.

Then once the balance is set upon the new bricks', the house can be lifted up, onto a stand, keeping it away from the corrosion of the sea.
