1. Mal -practice, occurs if the surgeon or surgeons', are practicing medicine, under European guide lines'/ and or laws', then they can be most definitely held accountable for the mistreatment of another nations' people.
1.a. Malpractice consists' of irregular and unhealthy, medical practices', that can put the health of ( the so called qualified doctors' ), admittances', at risk of further illnesses', and or infections'.
2. If doctors' from European countries', practise medicine in other then their own countries, then they should be made aware of the laws' of conduct, amongst that particular nation. As so not to cause offense towards' inner members' of a family unit, resulting in revenge attacks'; for over stepping, religious- boundaries'.
2.a. Sexual offensives' are most definitely a crime, no matter how small the incident, respect of another culture/ and or tradition, should be held to the correct standards' of discipline that are required in that particular, state or nation.
If doctors' over step religious boundaries, without reasonable excuse, then they should be struck off for Malpractise, against qualified regulations'.
3. If dirty surgeries' are found , doctors' should be struck of the register, immediately without further delay.
4. In third world countries', medicine is out of bounds' for the poorest of people, and most of them have to relay on the basic of basic, medication, ie paracetamol, regardless of the injury. Medicine only being received by the wealthier members of their nations'.
5. As a temporary solution : People from each street, will have to appoint a person who can be held as a, trusty of funds'. Each neighbour paying a small amount of money, the same amount per house hold, each week. Then if there is an emergency/ and or medical problem, the trusty will release the funds'. The most humble religious neighbour is best for this kind of charity.
6. If funds' are really none accessible, then the only solution would be, for women to learn basic nursing from relatives', that are employed in the industry, and have their own well-care, back street community nurses', it's not the same as the real - thing, but hard times' call for hard measures' And this unfortunately is the reality of the situation in places' where medical - care has to be paid for, at higher rates' then what people andl the general population can afford.
