Bipolar

Notes, on cultural bi - polar disorder.

As members' of the united kingdom, we hold a responsibility towards all members' of our society and we betake on behalf of any of our citizens'; an extreme responsibility towards' any condition of their behaviour.

As the named individual in question, is at an extreme risk of being misled, from the named pre - condition, he suffers from, we believe that the sentencing and detention of such an individual is completely inappropriate, due to the circumstances' given. With all due respects' to your society and nation, we ask you kindly, as a British nation, to release our member, on compassionate grounds' - of inadequate responsibilities'. The individual in question, finds' it difficult to manage everyday life, so something of such a grand scale, would be completely overwhelming for this very well respected, with pre - condition of disorder, family man. )

We believe that the individual in question, is unable to make responsible decisions' due to his condition, and we believe our British culture has influenced the foundations' of his condition, due to over barring social issues', therefore we feel we have a responsibility to the individual in question.

We feel that we never addressed his condition with appropriate measures' when diagnosed with the disorder in question. And we feel that an action of such, by the named individual, will not take place again. With the measures' that we will implement on his return. So we ask you again, as a British nation, that you take into consideration, our plea.

Best regards',

The British Nation.
