I don't lay a claim to being special,
and though you call me to account,
you make your judgement either way,
God did write my life for me,
whatever the strife you put for me, down in my life,
I will not change,
I am a believer, all the same,
and though I may disagree with the way most of you behave,
God knows' best your ways'.
And he is the judge on judgement day.
And it might be hard for you to grasp,
Goodness untold,
God knows' best what he unfolds'.
