I have been asked to refund stolen rail-way wire, for the amount stolen, of up to ten thousand pounds, to have a reissue of that wire to the person and or persons that stole that wire, with all charges dropped. A special case file, out of my own personal interest, that these people, came to me to ask for reprieve, due to lack of business finance, I would rather like to avoid such circumstances for reprieve, but they have business intentions that might be of interest to other business holders and small time investors'. I will not be issuing this kind of reprieve often. As for the elderly care homes', out of a small theft that took place, involving an associated who had links into the care industry, I have chosen to endorse. I will be looking to give every care-home management and staff a through out the Great Britain, also a five pound gift voucher. The five pounds for the elderly will be a yearly credit, on their pensions they receive. This is not a personal choice, rather its just matter of official fact filing management in relation to benefit increases'.
