Children and care

I have been asked to advise people to be selective when having children, if it is your choice to have children one fine child or two fine children is enough. It's very difficult to have children when family ties are near and far. Most people decide to leave their responsibilities, to the weaker of the couples.It isn't  good for the children  , rather if your not the kind then you will never be the kind to have children.Some things are best just left alone. That's advice from another advisor, rather not my own, though I tend to agree more then to disagree, in relation to this.
