As the Judge can see, the defendant has tried his/her's best to stay out of trouble, the record is clear for all to see, that this youth has stayed clean for a number of years after his first conviction. We have here, today brought-forth his/hers circumstantial situation that has caused him/her to reoffend. As you can see, the situation is one of hardship of associational dependences', meaning the defendant had to be in associational criminal to remain in the place of residentials' to support his/hers' employment programmes'. That we have planned to enrole him/her into another job locative to sustain his/hers positions of locational residentials in another employment better suited to his place of stay. If the Judge does pardon, we will begin the appropriate job search with immediate effect. That the defendant hadn't enough time to support his place of stay and food and other small items of essentials with out the act of theft by circumstantial situations.
