Victim A
Wasn't in the area at the time of the incident.
That victim A, was in another location at the time of the incident, that victim A, has only been called, for being in the location directly after the incident took place.
Victim B was in the location at the time of the incident, but had no direct contact with the person in question, and was called to recount the incident.
That because of daylight issues', can not be 100% in their accounts of the person who perpetrated the incident.
That the perpetrator has been identified by only one person and other line-ups have also been identified as this perpetrator.
Making the accounts weakened, and distorted in visionary accounts of conclusive summary.
That means the case can no longer be valid in the court of laws'.
A hobbie.
