First time offenders' On this clear date issued, thereafter , after this date, will be again challenged in the courts of law. First time offenders for any crime, on this particular date, will be given a caution, cleared of all petti-criminal activities' and or illegal crimes', until six o clock am this British Mean Time. This will only include petti-criminal offensives and or material offensives', does not include high value sexual criminal activities or national treasure theft. This will be a huge numbering. I am also going to back date this judgement call, by one year. Another reprieve will be granted on notice.
