Council Tax Currently running a, pay by giro scheme, without the giro booklet choice, and or the, once a month, giro stamp letter. Their excuse is, that one sheet of paper with the instalments written in it, is ok. They are not considering the elderly, who haven't any bank and or direct debit setup, they are not considering families and or single mothers with extra work loads, where continual accidents of paper miss-managements happen, time and time again. Where people can not afford their time to keep phoning the council staff in relation to these matters', because of late employments', where, coffee spills and oil spills are not even considered. There are hundreds and thousands of people in this circumstance, who need to pay either by giro check once a month on a issued slip once a month, or to pay by option, by a credited booklet, to keep up payments because in some district areas' the postal services are more slow, and some posties go on strike, and or bunch together for holiday group tours that are cheaper, leaving the council tax payer in trouble, with back payments and or warrants for entry, to seize personal items of possessions , that can not be returned, once payments have been made, some of those items', have personal relationship of deceased matters of value for some people.
