The Boxing Association

In relation to your claims that I assaulted my brother in youth, in relation to a strike.

1. That a previous event took place

2. That a fight had broken out

3. That during this fight with several local boys', a miss punch caused a collision with the hand/fist against a pending Victorian brick wall, that must have caused extreme fracture damages'.

4. That this altercation took place several years before.

5. That during the strike I took up with my brother, was a direct result of provocative behaviours of boxing tactics upon my own persons', causing me to have no choice but to react on duress of stress.

In relation to the family unit.

1. That I had previously fractured my foot, that wasn't addressed and or seen by the doctor at a time that I was left at home,  on my own, under extreme circumstances'.

2. These events seem to side slide peoples memories'.
