Homeless persons' request

Legal aid

I have advised my daughter//son, that they are no longer allowed to reside at my address.

The reasons I give, is as follows':

1. That my son/daughter are now at the age of adulthood.
2. That neither of them help with funds' towards the rent and or food and or other resources'.
3. I am in full time employment.
4. I find that they expect myself to clean, cook and fully contribute to all their needs that I can no longer do.
5. I have stated to them on more then numerous occasions that if they don't find employment, help with the house and or contribute, I will have to resort to escorting them off my property, by either my own accord, with police escort, or by their own accord.
6. I have given them three working days notice to leave my property.
7. After that time, I can no longer sustain my own payments', their payments and their up keep.
8. I have given them each bags to pack and can no longer except their unreasonable selfish behaviours'.
9. I have also, partner disputes' work pressures and community reports of some small anti social behaviours that have caused me to make this choice.
10. Even if you call to ask for extensions' on their stay, I have told them that they can not return so I really wouldn't bother calling me.
11. I have stated that they are allowed to return for weekend day visits to my property, to ease them into their own sustainability.
12. You can I understand, that I can not afford to leave my current employments, I do not wish to start any new relationships, I am currently resolving issues' with my current partner, who has supported myself with my children and can not longer, either sustain them and or their attitudes'.
13. I have told them that they need to address their character, look for employments and leave my property within these stated days.
14. No room for discussions', they are now the states responsibilities', under the accommodations act and employments act, they may need help with forms that can be forwarded to myself, through fax, through solicitor interventions or my local post office.
15. I will help them with this, but will not and will refuse to have any direct contact with them until they are in accommodations' where I will part support them at weekends'.

Yours truly

Whoever that maybe.
