From an aged old tradition, Scotland keep asking for the sex and marriage age of the law, to be lowered.

If they wish to follow an age old African tribe, where they give birth early and die by forty, then they are more then welcome to have the law lowered.

You wouldn't  even consider management skills', would you..

Well, you can have it lowered if you wish, but the funds to support these families', will not be coming out of my red box, and be sure, the social care  unit of adoptions will rise.
