Fatwa

Can a women take two husbands at the same time.

As we know it, to todays date, no.

Now, we have to take the evidance of todays' living, and the conditions of the people, as to what time and period of worldy position humanity is in.

For example, what maybe weavered in the advancing lands', may not be weavered in the Arabian lands'.

This is because there is a  clear time difference and condition of what the people live in and or by.

Where sex, crime, and outside influences' are so extreme that innocent people came abroad to sustain their families, just to find that the women have high virus infections', and other issues of pathologies', and psycologies' that would further place individuals informations of clear dangerous situations', providing that it is delivered in a halal manner, and the men live apart, then there would be no harm in such  ordinations', if there is a call to islam in the spreading of islamic values', whereby, at the time of the prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him,  he ordained up to four wives to one one man, for the clear psreading virtue of religous and firm holds'.

We could ordain up to four clear men to one wife, providing that agreements are pre-ordered before marriage.

This would mean, living conditions', numbering children and limits and such forth would have to be spoken about and agreed upon before hand. I  addition to this, if limits and set promises' are broken, could end in immidiate devorce. This would also mean that every marriage of such kind, would have to be ordained and discussed with all acting imams' via their ordinations'.
