Child's Call

Can children lead in prayer,
If their Qu'ranic knowledge is there,
And better then mine,
Because I have no time.

A child knowledge does lack behind,
Because Islamic knowledge,
And world affairs',
Go hand in hand,
Upon God's stairs'.

So how is it,
That a child of ten,
Can have more knowledge of this worldly den.

Though for a merciful state,
You can,
Rearrange God's call, the order of who does lead,
To make the children feel complete,
To carry the call,
That is for us all.

Even to have a small boy to lead the congregation,
Would soften the hearts' of the older generation,
Bridging the gap,
Of a time line,
That is not a crime.

A rotational,
Role to inspire the children,
Not every week,
Because that would be bleak.
